        Sharper by design

        The updated KaFra identity builds on the strength of the original mark, but with greater balance, harmony and flexibility. The bold logotype now features a refined green gradient, from deep forest to fresh lime—signifying sustainability, trust and progress. Typography and layout systems were recalibrated for digital use: more white space, softer contrasts, and a clearer rhythm. The result is a brand that feels solid, scalable, and quietly modern.

        Challenge
        KaFra operates in a world of constant flux: shifting labour markets, seasonal migration, evolving regulations. The digital platform needed to communicate reliability, scale, and warmth, all in one breath. It had to speak to municipalities, partners and residents alike. Not just with facts, but with confidence and calm.
        GSAP animations

        We used GSAP to layer motion like a material. Scroll reveals. Pacing that breathes. Hover states with weight and purpose. Subtle, calibrated transitions guide the visitor—never distract.
